Listening to music with Sizarr
The style of the band Sizarr is hard to define. Their music is a combination of indie rock, world music, hip hop, r’n’b and electronica. The results are polyrhythmic songs full of harmony: There is a little bit of David Bowie, some Sufjan Stevens, but also Björk and even Jay-Z in it. This might sounds awkward, but Sizarr combine all these different styles and influences in the most harmonious way.
In our interview with Sizarr we talked about music by James Ferraro, Peter Gabriel, Wamdue Project, Kate Bush, Shlohmo and Nicolas Jaar. More after the jump.
