It is getting really cold and you pale since your tan has disappeared two months ago. Now it is all dependant on chosing the right concealer, otherwise someone at work or school might get suspicious. We Make Stuff Good Gallery already exhibited some of former IAMX band member Dean Rosenzweigs artworks at their group show Winter Warriors a while back. But some of his stuff was so big that they couldn’t fit it in. That’s why it comes in handy that they are having a show in exile at the Tape Club this Saturday. Come by and feel small next to one of his giant pieces. I especially like the Cupcake one after the jump because it makes me wonder if it is some kind of portrait of our mutual friend Dawn, owner of the Cupcake shop in Friedrichshain…

Cargo seems to become a hotspot! I really can’t tell why. At the Lucky Strike party I quick-freezed and caught a cystitis! What else is new? Oh! The most beautiful doormen is leaving Berlin: Picknick-Flo says goodbye. He never meant to harm anybody, he just took his work really serious… Farewell my blond angel!

Summer vacation in Berlin – meaning only a few parties, but those that take place are solid gold! You can show off your tan, but beware to show your awful sunburn, we beg you! If you just don’t care but got nasty collywobbles, have a proper German Wust tonight, at the opening of Fleischerei as a traditional Berlin Currywurst Restaurant at Torstr. 116. So, apparently there are still people in this town that have a problem with those of the homosexual persuasion. How did that happen? One of these haters is a cafe owner at Nollendorfplatz (yeah, I know, of all the places in the city THIS would be my pick too if I had a problem with gays) who just recently sent off a lesbian couple that was kissing in front of his cafe. Buh, those dirty lesbians! He did this out of respect for immigrants and children he claims. Yeah, right!
So to protest against this unacceptable behavior lesbians, gays and undecided are called to come together in front of Dolce Freddo on Saturday at Maaßenstr. 6 at 14h sharp and give each other a kiss. Gays and lesbians are not allowed to switch partners amongst each other on this occasion as this would totally ruin the concept. Although it would still be a homosexual kiss in my book, but anyways…
