Listen up folks: The Berlin Music Video Awards goes down tonight and it’s going to be a tight race! After the huge success of the 2013 edition, Dailymotion has teamed up with one of Berlin’s experimental playground for artists, Platoon Kunsthalle, to put on again a networking spectacle that highlights filmmakers and the art behind music videos. More about it after the jump.
The event, taking place from 28th-31st May, brings musicians, filmmakers, labels and music fans together and promises to be full of great surprises, including live performances, a VJ competition, screenings, comedy acts, award ceremonies and of course after-parties! The quality of the entries is incredible and categories include, among others, Best Concept, Best Animation, Best Photography, and Best Art Director. The winners will be chose through online voting via DailyMotion and a jury panel with high-figures from the creative and music industry.
