We send out your order with Deutsche Post and DHL within 1-3 business days. The delivery time from that point on depends on your location. Within Germany, this is usually within 1-2 business days. In our experience, EU shipments take 1-2 weeks, worldwide shipping 4-6 weeks. Especially for shipments outside of the EU we cannot guarantee specific running times for the parcels as the customs process can be unpredictable in some countries. We currently only ship to a select amount of countries within the EU. If your shipping address lies outside of these, please contact us via eMail and we can arrange an alternative.
Shipping costs are as follows:
Inside of Germany
The base fee for shipping is 4 EUR.
Within the EU
Within the EU the shipping fee is 9 EUR.
Outside of the EU
For shipments outside of the European Union, we charge 16 EUR.
