Last Thurday a new space celebrated its official opening at the old Kraftwerk Mitte at Köpenickerstrasse right next to techno club Tresor. Aktionsforum Shift is the name and it’s going to be a place for performance, nightlife and art. Being located at the subway stop Heinrich-Heine-Str the new venue has the potential to actually bring together the people from Neukölln and Mitte – two worlds that normally don’t mix.
