Photo exhibition “LOOK AT ME NOW” by the Female Photoclub Berlin at the Alte Münze
On the occasion of the European Month of Photography, 20 photographers of the Female Photoclub Berlin present works that all deal with the now in their own way. The spectrum of topics ranges from the martial art of Jiu-Jitsu to the self-chosen life of dropouts to the personal reappraisal of an illness. Touch is constantly present. The intense physical contact in sports, but also the inability to let go of events and circumstances that shape a life. The exhibition sets a counterpoint to a world that is changing at breakneck speed. It takes a step back, makes it possible to pause for a moment and take a deep breath. In the end, looking at the very personal snapshots opens up to the visitors not only the now of the individual photographers, but also the broad spectrum of the Berlin group.
